   Abstract:

   We introduce READSCO, an open-source web-based community tool for Optical Music Recognition. READSCO aims to serve as a connection between research results and practical use. We describe the design decisions considered to both favours a rapid integration of new advances from the research field and facilitate the community’s participation in its development. The project is still in its planning phase, so this work is a good opportunity to present the main idea and get direct feedback from other researchers.
